The speed at which the home sale to me went was truly quick. From the first look to signing the contract the next day to close was a week. I didn’t believe it could happen so quickly. But it did and Mike was on top of every detail. I will gladly use him again and recommend him for advice on the  market.

Mike did a great job working through some challenging situations on our behalf. We visited a number of properties and we did not feel rushed by him or annoyed that we kept sending him properties early in the morning and late at night. He gave us great insight on properties and provided sage advice regarding some of the repairs or nuances of the property. I believe we gained a friend through this process and I would certainly recommend him to others looking for a home. He is a very personable realtor.

Mike helped us purchase our first home. He responded to our online inquiry right away and continued to be responsive throughout the buying process. He was very respectful of our budget and pinpointed the positives and negatives of each home. We got the home we wanted in a short timeframe. Highly recommended!
